Fly tipping at front of flats

- Post Christmas pile up of rubbish.
This is the sight facing residents of a block of flats in Poulton.
Adrian was approached by residents and reported it to Streetscene immediately.
The fly tipping of large quantities of bottles and cans was also reported.
