Just goes to show that underneath the Tories exterior are still the same old party, Thatcher-ism at the core with puppet masters controlling Cameron & Osborne. The north west as a whole would be taken back into the 80s. I watched Boris Johnson give his mumbling speech at the conservative party conference insisting that all investment should be in the capital first & then the rest of the country would benefit from London's success. Typical Tory C**P, invest in the south & **** the rest of us. It will be an absolute disaster if they gain control, locally or nationally. Interesting.
