The Egg Run

23rd February 2010

Adrian is delighted to have been asked by the Egg Run to join its Board of Trustees.

A former motor-cyclist, Adrian has his first tax disc hanging on a bookshelf in his study as a reminder of those rather more care-free days when the roads were less congested and cars were far fewer than now.

Motorcycle tax disc - from almost half a century ago

This tax disc is for a British Excelsior.  It was followed by an army surplus BSA C11 – a 250cc four stroke capable of at least 60mph.

Adrian says:  ‘The Egg Run is a really excellent organisation where people with a common interest in motorcycling come together to provide happiness to lots of children.

I have attended and supported the Egg Run in the past and I am happy to assist in any way I can.
